FEES:
Monthly Tuition is billed for 48 of the 52 weeks of the year even though some months may have a 5th day. You are not charged for this day and it balances out days missed due to holidays or closings throughout the year.
Billing – Tuition is due before the end of the month. If you pay on or after the 1st of each month, there will be a $20.00 tuition increase added to your account. We email out our newsletters as well as have them at the front desk. Signs are posted on the doors as a friendly reminder. We have several convenient ways to make your monthly payment. We accept cash or credit card, pay online or setup auto draft with us (we draft on the 25th of each month) or your personal bank account draft.
MAKE-UP POLICY:
Make up classes will be allowed as long as they are done during the same session that the absence occurred. You must request a make up lesson through your parent portal. We ask that you make up lessons only after they have been missed. Make-up classes are offered throughout the week in classes with openings. Make up classes must be scheduled if you just show up you may not be permitted into that class.
** Inclement weather conditions – We will follow the Stanley County School District in extreme cases – If we are to close we will send out a mass email and post it on our “Facebook” page
We do not offer make-up classes for Holidays or planned closed days.
WITHDRAWS:
No credits or refunds are given for classes not attended at time of withdraw. A 30 day written notice is required to withdraw from the program. We ask that you fill out our withdraw form (which is included in this package) or send an email when you wish to withdraw. Failure to give a 30 day written notice will result in a month tuition charged on your account. We ask if you have any concerns please contact the front desk. We will work with you and your child to find a solution.
DRESS CODE:
Everyone should be in workout attire.
For the safety of the coaches and athletes NO buttons, zippers, or jewelry should be worn.
GYMNAST: participate barefoot and we recommend a leotard or form fitting clothes for the girls and t-shirt and shorts for our ninjas and boys.
TUMBLERS: can wear their cheer shoes or go barefoot with athletic attire. We highly encourage age appropriate attire.
All athletes should have hair pulled back and away from their face. No GUM in the gym.
RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENT AND GYMNAST:
Please try to be on time to each scheduled class. Please have your child use the restroom before classes begins. Try to keep communication lines open with the coaches. Please notify via email or parent portal if your child will not be able to attend a class. Gymnasts are not allowed on any of the equipment or floor before their scheduled class time.
RECITALS for ATHLETES:
We will have two recitals each year for your family and friends to enjoy. One show will be a “Christmas Show” during the month of December. The second show will be a “Spring Show” during the month of May. The recitals will be the last lesson of December and May.
